The Raksystems Group expands its humidity management services in Sweden with the acquisition of Monomeet AB

Raksystems Group, a versatile real estate welfare service provider in Finland and Sweden, is expanding its operations in Sweden by acquiring the entire share capital of Monomeet AB. Monomeet AB will merge with Raksystems Dry-IT, which is already operating in Sweden. The completion date of the acquisition is in July 2021.

Founded in 2000, Monomeet specialises in moisture management services, moisture damage assessments, and moisture measurements, airtightness measurements, and thermal imaging of buildings. The experts of the company provide services for construction companies and property owners, participating in approximately 350-400 projects annually. Monomeet AB operates on the west coast of Sweden in the Gothenburg area and in southern Sweden, Malmö, and the surrounding areas.

We want to further strengthen our position as a service provider for both construction and property owners in Sweden and expand our Green Building Services in Sweden”, explains Raksystems Group CEO Marko Malmivaara.
