Privacy statement explains how we collect, process, assign and protect customer’s or job applicant’s personal data.

Dispute resolution

Raksystems Insinööritoimisto follows Finnish legislation in its operations. If there is a dispute between Raksystems and a consumer customer regarding an agreement and the dispute cannot be resolved through mutual negotiations, the consumer customer has the right to bring the case to the Consumer Disputes Board ( for resolution.
